Permanent LED Lighting

Commercial-grade RGBW LED points are pre-programmed and mounted into a discreet channel that follows your roofline. Wiring is concealed inside the channel and the low-voltage transformer is installed in a hidden location on the exterior. Everything is controlled through a smartphone app that supports scheduling, custom scenes, color picking, animation patterns and preset holiday themes.

The LEDs are designed for outdoor use with sealed housings, and the system is designed to last 15 to 20 years. Everyday warm-white accent lighting typically runs 80 percent less energy than traditional Christmas light strings.

Every install starts with a free on-site consultation to measure roofline lengths, identify the transformer location and discuss which architectural features you want highlighted. Installation is completed by our trained team in typically one to two days depending on home size, and we walk you through the app before we leave so you're comfortable running the system.

The channel is powder-coated in a color chosen to match your soffit or fascia so the daytime appearance is nearly invisible from the street.

That said, some homeowners still prefer the classic bulb-and-stake look of traditional C9 displays. During the day, permanent LED is nearly invisible from the street, a slim, color-matched channel tucked into the soffit line following the roof edge. Most visitors do not notice the channel at all until you point it out. At night, the channel disappears entirely and only the light itself is visible.

Because each LED point is individually addressable, the system can produce single solid colors, gradients, chase patterns, twinkles, and pre-programmed themes for every major holiday. Warm-white for every night of the year, red-white-and-blue for July 4th, orange and purple for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, custom team colors for game day, birthday colors on request, all controlled from one app.

Everyday warm-white accent use draws a fraction of a traditional Christmas light string, typically 80-plus percent less energy than the equivalent incandescent display, and even the most vibrant holiday scenes are dramatically more efficient than what they replace. The LEDs are rated for 50,000-plus hours of use, meaning 15 to 20 years of nightly operation before any noticeable dimming.

The system carries a manufacturer warranty on the LEDs and channel, plus our workmanship warranty on the install. If a segment ever fails within the warranty period, we replace it, no ladder, no diagnosis, no cost to you.

The two products solve different problems. Permanent LED is for homeowners who want year-round accent lighting and instant holiday displays without any seasonal work, one install, one app, forever. Seasonal Christmas lighting is for homeowners who love the classic C9 bulb-on-stake look and only want the display up for the holidays.

Neither is better in the abstract, they serve different tastes. Some customers install permanent LED for year-round use AND book traditional Christmas lighting for the classic look during the holiday season, the two systems complement each other beautifully.
