Snow Removal & Salting

Our snow removal covers residential driveways, walkways, front porches and back patios. We use commercial-grade plows, snow blowers and shovels sized for the job so we can clear residential drives quickly without damaging the concrete or landscaping. Priority routing during heavy events goes to customers on seasonal contracts.

Timing is triggered by accumulation and forecast, we plow as soon as it makes sense to clear efficiently rather than plowing three times during a single storm.

Salting can be booked as a standalone service or paired with plowing. We use a mix appropriate for the temperature, rock salt for typical events, calcium chloride blends for colder events where standard salt loses effectiveness. Application is targeted to walkways, entry steps and high-traffic areas of driveways to prevent overuse.

Once spring hits, the same properties usually need de-icing salt residue rinsed off concrete to prevent long-term damage, the perfect time to schedule pressure washing for driveways and walkways and house washing to knock winter grime off siding.

Seasonal contracts lock in priority routing during heavy events and simplify pricing across the winter. Per-event booking is also available. Contact us before first snow to get on the winter list, spots fill up fast when the forecast turns.

During a snow event, seasonal-contract customers get priority routing, we work through the contract list first, then per-event customers as capacity allows. Triggers are set by accumulation depth and forecast so we plow at the right time to clear efficiently, typically once at the tail end of moderate events and multiple times during longer storms.

Residential driveways, walkways, front porches and back patios are all covered. Commercial lots, storefront walkways and small business parking areas are also available on separate commercial contracts with more aggressive service-level guarantees.

Not all salt is the same. Standard rock salt (sodium chloride) works down to about 15°F, below that it loses effectiveness and calcium chloride or magnesium chloride blends take over. We match the product to the forecast rather than dumping the same bag on every job.

Application is targeted to high-traffic areas, walkway approaches, entry steps, main driveway lanes, to prevent overuse and unnecessary damage to concrete. Excessive salting is one of the top causes of premature concrete scaling in our climate, so pairing responsible winter salting with spring pressure washing to rinse residue is the right long-term approach.

Seasonal contracts are the most common booking, they lock in priority routing, simplify pricing across the winter, and mean you never have to schedule around each storm. Per-event booking is also available if you prefer to pay only when it snows, but priority goes to contract customers first.
