"I reached out to Elite Exteriors for permanent Christmas light installation. Matthew responded promptly after my inquiry. I reached out to several companies, and Elite Exteriors was the only company to come out and actually measured the house for a precise estimate. I already purchased Govee brand lights and couldn't find anyone who would install these for us. Elite Exteriors was willing to do that. However, Matthew uses a higher quality brand that has tracks screwed into the soffits of the roof line, whereas Govee uses adhesive. I chose to go with the brand Matthew prefers. But, the fact that he was willing to install something I already had was so great, because I couldn't find anyone else who would. Matthew stayed in contact with me about when the lights would be available and got them on the house in less than a week from when he originally came for the estimate. On install day, Matthew arrived on time and worked all day until the job was done. His work is high quality, and I'm so happy with how the lights turned out! Matthew made sure I knew how to use the app to control the lights and sent instructions and videos for reference. He also left a gift bag for using his company! We will be calling again in the spring for his other services!"
